He was extremely knowledgeable about the process. What was important to us was that he was patient when explaining everything to my older mother. My mother was ready to move on and didn't want the stress or hassle with selling. Eliot made it as stress free for her as possible. She placed full faith in him and he did not disappoint her. Eliot was fast moving and extremely responsive to our needs. He communicated with us all the time and was quick to respond to any of our questions. "Eliot did a fantastic job, from start to finish. On the sale of my home, his deep knowledge of the area and his understanding of the market and the best way to price and sell my home - and market to potential buyers - was incredible. We had six offers, all above asking price, after the first day of showing, and many more after that. On the purchase of my new home, Eliot was equally amazing. He had great suggestions for how to structure my offer and worked tirelessly to schedule showings in each of our desired areas. From start to finish and even beyond closing, Eliot was highly communicative, even on weekends, at night and on vacation. I've never once had to follow up on any item - he was always two steps ahead to make sure I was happy, that I knew the situation at hand, that my lawyers/insurance agent/inspector etc. had the info they need, etc. Eliot made the entire process seamless, and I couldn't be more grateful."
